Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your customer-ordered product. Out fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2-5 business days for all printing.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

  •  Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
  • The fulfillment averages do not account for an order that might be put on hold.
  • Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it’ll still be fulfilled within 5 business days.
  • Our fulfillment times are an estimate, but not a guarantee.

SAHD’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We follow a simple equation to calculate EDT:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days.

We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate not a guarantee.

Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
Issues with print or embroidery files
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions.

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or the form below , and we’ll take a look.

No, you do not. Guests may place orders and check out their cart without creating an account.

The benefit of an account is the ability to see and track your orders, manage payment methods and address information.

An account also allows you to keep a Wishlist – a way to save your favorite designs for purchase at a later date.

We do not sell your information or use it in any way outside of communications or notifications about your order(s). See our Privacy Policy page to learn more.

Since we’re completely new to being t-shirt shop entrepreneurs, we wanted to start out slowly with a controlled shipping radius.

International shipping should be coming soon! If you would like us to send you the official launch email when we do go world-wide, please sign up using the form below and choose “International Selling Notification” from the drop down. This will only sign you up for the international announcement – we will not use your information for any other purpose.

Our standard process is the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing which means we can create photo-quality prints.

We use Kornit printers for all our printed garments.

We use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.

These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

Don’t worry, both will disappear after the first wash.

It was important for us to pick a shirt that was soft and comfortable, but also flattering. So, we started to research various bulk brands and determined we liked the feel, wear, and ethics of Bella + Canvas.

Bella + Canvas

Bella + Canvas believes quality garments are built at the thread level. They comb-out 2.5x more impurities than standard ring-spun cotton and exclusively use a proprietary Airlume Combed and Ring-Spun Cotton to create the softest garments on the market, and the perfect canvas for all of SAHD’s expressions and designs.

Eco Awareness

Bella + Canvas uses 7x less water than average clothing manufacturers, and their U.S. manufacturing facilities produce almost no landfill because they recycle pretty much everything that can’t be turned into a tee.

Social Responsibility

100% SWEATSHOP FREE and Platinum WRAP Certified. American made is something we believe in deeply and Bella + Canvas has been manufacturing in the U.S. in a no-sweat-shop, humane, sustainable way since day one.

What Principles Does the WRAP Certification Include?

  • Human resources management
  • Health and safety standards
  • Environmental and eco-friendly practices
  • Legal compliance including import/export, customs compliance and security standards
